Jobelle V. Abaya is currently an Education Program Specialist at the Commission on Higher Education Central Office in the Philippines. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman, and is currently doing her thesis under the program Master in International Studies in the same university.
