This book examines habitat selection and territoriality in the Northern Anteater chat (Myrmecocichla aethiops). It provides details about where the bird occurs, its foraging behaviour and the timing of its nesting. Point counts, territorial mapping, mist netting and direct focal observation were the key methods in this study. The author studied Zoology (BSc) & Conservation Biology (master) at the University of Jos. He is highly affiliated with the A.P. Leventis Ornithological Research Institute. He has published several other scientific articles in peer-review journals. He is interested in photography and field research in the tropics.
