The work can be done accurately in two steps . First "Height interpolation" using the Side interpolation method (developed by the author) which gives the "Interpolated height" through the plane surface of a triangle using few linear calculation , Second "filtering the interpolated height" using the "Effect of the adjacent triangles" (developed by the author) . The height will be interpolated three times one ...

The height will be interpolated three times one through each adjacent triangle then subtract the "Interpolted height" to get three values (could be positive or negative) . Take the mean , then apply "Weight Factor" to get the "Filtering Value" . Add it to the "Interpolated height" to get the "Filtered Interpolated height" which is very nearly equal to the height on the ground surface at the position of X ,Y .
