Mr Mtsweni is the CSIR¿s Manager for Africa Research Alliances. He holds a MA & MBA and has experience in technology transfer, industrial psychology, research and business management. He was a recipient of Commonwealth Scholarship from ACU and an International Professional Fellowship to the National Institutes of Health in Washington DC,USA.
