She has over 30 years of experience designing and delivering programs and strategies that enable leaders and organizations to improve performance and achieve their goals. For 15 years, Chris served as Director of a number of NASA's most successful agency-wide leadership development programs. Her cutting-edge, award-winning programs are considered world-class in industry and government, and her expertise is sought in areas of leadership development, organizational change, and the application of neuroscience to improving leader and organizational effectiveness. As a result of her research at NASA, she authored a number of articles documenting the leadership and executive behaviors that drive success.
