Gokov Oleg Aleksandrovich (nacido en 1979), Candidato a Ciencias Históricas, Profesor Asociado. Licenciado por la Universidad Estatal de Kharkiv que lleva el nombre de V.N. Karazin. V.N. Karazin. Autor de más de 80 publicaciones científicas. Intereses científicos: historia de la Brigada Cosaca Persa, inteligencia militar rusa en el Oriente musulmán en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, relaciones ruso-iraníes en el siglo XIX.
