Mr. Fakhir has BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Al-Mustansirya in Iraq in 2000 and MSc degree in Advanced Microelectronics from Polytechnic University of Bucharest in Romania in 2016.Currently, he is expert in the ministry of Electricity in Iraq. His interests are advanced microelectronics and arduino circuits.
