The author, Rahmon O. Onaolapo Akinbode is a professional and practicing librarian. He is currently working in the University Library, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. He holds B.A. (Hons) History, MLS and Ph.D in Library, Archival and Information Studies. He is a Chartered Librarian. He has several other publications to his credit.
