The growth of ICT resources, digital media, and the world-wide-web has led to an explosion of resources and opportunities for administrators, teachers, students and communities to learn and adopt such change. A constant shift is occurring with different technology tool and equipment as well as mobile applications and software, social media tools, e-learning sites able to help teachers to create and organize student work that provides an opportunity for teaching-learning at a different pace and place.
