Prof. Dr. Ahmet Celal APAY was born in Istanbul in 1950. He completed his undergraduate education in 1974 and his master's degree in 1978. He completed his doctoral education in 1983. He currently continues to work at Düzce University, Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture. APAY, who has written many articles and books.
