This textbook covers all the standard introductory topics in classical mechanics, as well as exploring more advanced topics. With more than 250 problems with detailed solutions, and over 350 unworked exercises, this is an ideal supplementary text for all levels of undergraduate physics courses in classical mechanics.

David Morin is a Senior Lecturer and the Co-Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Physics Department at Harvard University. He is the author of six books on math and physics. This is his first foray into poetry, although a hearty collection of physics limericks does appear in one of his other books. When not writing textbooks, thinking of rhymes, or conjuring up new math and physics problems, he can be found running along the Charles River, biking through the suburbs of Boston, or hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
