Mr. Tesfaye Etensa, qualified in master of Economics at University of Gondar in 2014. He has awarded as one of the best performance lecturer in the year 2015, 2016 at Wollega and Wolkite University respectively. He is the author of three books and five articles published. Currently, the author had been serving in Wolkite University.
