Produktbeschreibung
In the work, a study of the formed elements of blood (on the example of erythrocytes) is carried out using a light microscope and a laser device. The purpose of the work was to make a comparative characterization of the obtained data using the two methods mentioned above. The work is devoted to the actual task of automating the counting of the number of blood cells for their further morphometric analysis. This can help predict various diseases in the early stages and prevent their further development. The explanatory note analyzes the existing methods and devices in which the parameters of biological objects are determined using light and laser radiation. The analysis of various types of lasers and the calculation of the main parameters of laser radiation were carried out. In general, the work consists of three sections. The first section provides a theoretical rationale for the task, the second section discusses the method of laser action, and the third section presents the work of the program for automatically determining the number of objects in the image. In this section, the precision error of cell counting is calculated.
