Nosirov Kodirjon, born in 1947, graduated from the faculty of Russian language and literature, candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor of the department of Russian language and literature of Namangan State University (Uzbekistan); literary critic, translator, prose writer, winner of the International Pushkin Prize; author of more than 450 popular science publications.
