This book is an attempt to apply a queuing model in a banking context with the particularity of a commercial bank in the city of Mbujimayi in the Democratic Republic of Congo/DRC. From introduction to conclusion, we attempt to establish the performance measures of a queuing system in the context of the BCDC and thus to understand the need for commercial banks in general, to apply the Queuing theory in their management, to provide a service well perceived by customers.
