El Dr. Tesfa Worku Meshesha estudió su primera licenciatura en la Universidad de Mekelle, un máster en la Universidad de Addis Abeba y un doctorado en el IIT Roorkee. Actualmente es investigador postdoctoral en la Universidad de Athabasca, Canadá. Sus intereses de investigación se centran en la hidrología, el cambio climático, la modelización de la calidad del agua y la gestión de los recursos hídricos.
