The present work concerns with the " Molecular interactions in the solutions of acrylamide with the equimolar mixture of 1-propanol and ethanol / isobutanol / isoamyl alcohol: An Ultrasonic study ". This has been carried out in the Physics department, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjunanagar-522 510. The book contains the important results of investigation carried out on various properties such as ultrasonic velocity, density and evaluated parameters like adiabatic compressibility, intermolecular free length (Lf), specific acoustic impedance (Z), molar volume (Vm) and relative association (RA) in the solutions of acrylamide with the equimolar mixtures of 1-propanol and ethanol/ isobutanol/ isoamyl alcohol at 308.15 K over the entire range of mole fractions. The variation of these parameters with mole fraction was found to be useful in understanding the nature of molecular interactions between the component molecules. A study of ultrasonic velocity and adiabatic compressibility yields valuable information about the nature and extent of the interactions among the same or different kinds of molecules.
