This book reveals the morphological effects of NaCl and Kinetin on Spinacea oleracea L. (Spinach) with insilico analysis. The spinach variety, KGP, was selected for the experimental purpose and was reported for early growing and healthy and erect plant with perfect ovate to triangular leaves. Treatment of NaCl and kinetin was given to the plants in five different concentrations. Seeds were grown in potomix, which provides rich soil conditions and enriched with smart-released plant food. Consequently for three weeks, morphological parameters were performed in spinach. Salinity in soil has…mehr

Salinity in soil has become a major issue across the world and the results of salt stress in the above mentioned experiments showed a positive response on the contrary. While kinetin, a growth hormone promotes a healthy growth of the plant and the above experiments showed a positive response to the contrary. In silico methods have the lead that they can make quick predictions for a large set of compounds in a high-throughput mode. Another advantage is that they can make fast predictions based on the structure of a compound even before it has been synthesized.
