The author concludes that the deep evil in which his country is plunged is both the work and the deliberate will of the leaders currently in power. Hence the publication of the book "My country! They run it badly and listen to no one" and this version of the full letters. Since the leaders seem to have blocked ears, more citizen noise is needed to finally make themselves heard and demand better living conditions.
