Since the leaders seem to have blocked ears, more citizen noise is needed to finally make themselves heard and demand better living conditions.

Aimé Jules MURHULA Manegabe è nato nel Kivu, nella RDC orientale, nel 1970. Ha conseguito un master in socio-economia e pianificazione dello sviluppo e una laurea in pianificazione regionale. È dottorando in sviluppo e insegnante presso l'ISDR/Bukavu. È segretario generale del Partito congolese per il progresso.
