Produktbeschreibung
We analyzed the applicability of the DMAIC methodology and other quality tools in the correction of nonconformity problems related to the execution of projects in the housing construction of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program. Its current situation, the parameters and criteria of control in the works and the ways of dealing with the nonconformities that occurred in the construction of the Minha Casa Minha Vida housing developments in the cities of Itacoatiara and Manacapuru in Amazonas. As for the results, the research shows that the use of the DMAIC method allows the improvement of procedures and techniques in a project, resulting in continuous learning, which is one of the bases of quality improvement in processes and a requirement for its reproducibility. The use of the method allows for the improvement of process performance, both in the execution phase of the work, and in the subsequent phase, as it presupposes the concept of correcting nonconformities as a continuous process, of analytical basis and of subsidiary character to the corrective measures adopted.
