This book presents some novel circuits and techniques which include: a technique of deriving single-resistance-controlled grounded inductors; general methods of floating impedance synthesis; new Current-Conveyor-based circuits to simulate floating impedances without any passive component-matching; a novel Op-amp-OTA-based configuration for realizing four forms of Current Conveyors; the first ever single-op-amp-based single-resistance-controlled oscillator; a novel two-op-amp-grounded-capacitor oscillator; a new class of single-element-controlled oscillators based upon super-inductance element (having Z(s)=Ms2); a novel class of oscillators facilitating linear tuning laws of the forms f Re and f Ce; a new class of single-element-controlled sinusoidal oscillators employing unity-gain-amplifiers; four novel network transformations that enable use of even non-ideal FDNR and inductive impedances directly into the higher order filter designs; a class of active filters employing OTAs and all grounded capacitors, as preferred for IC implementation and a novel class of converters which make it possible to obtain linear R/T, R/f, C/T, C/f, L/T and L/f conversions from the same circuit.
