Collective sports, including handball, are subject to a multitude of external and internal factors that condition each and every one of the actions of the game and its development both collectively and individually.Within this type of sports we can differentiate two phases during the action of the game, on the one hand and perhaps the one that is always more important, "the attack", while on the other hand we find "the defense" as that phase in which the spectator offers more resistance to be evaluated for being little showy, not flashy and offer little or no show. However, we must consider this phase of great importance since it can decide the beginning of a later attack as well as prevent goals or goals from the opposing team, the post-defense attack is considered a counter-attack, since it is the immediate movement of the ball after having recovered it in a successful defensive action.
