The free administration and management autonomy of territorial entities in the DRC, through the notions linked to its latter, the conditions for its implementation and the state of play in its implementation, has made it possible to highlight the evolution of the free administration and management autonomy of decentralised territorial entities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as the difficulties in its implementation within local entities.
