Autorenporträt
Alan Webb was born in Zimbabwe during the tail end of the Rhodesian Civil War and had family who served on both sides of the conflict. In the 1980s, he experienced the terror of the North Korean-trained 5th Brigade Army unit, unleashed into Southern Zimbabwe by Prime Minister Mugabe. He travels the world and is passionate about history, ancient civilizations, wildlife conservation, and environmental issues. Aside from his interests, Alan is a devoted family man with a wife and two grown daughters. He has made Canada his home and is proud to be a naturalized citizen living in Nunavut, a unique and beautiful Arctic territory. Alan is also actively involved in his community and helped found the African-Caribbean Association of Nunavut.
