The proposed subject consisted firstly of providing user support for the Data Warehouse and existing reporting, and secondly of optimising the loading of DWH data from the ERP3 and CRM4 used by Johnson and Johnson and participating in the evolution of reporting. The work carried out in the first part focused on the support of DWH and Reporting. It consisted of understanding the architecture and structure of the latter, analysing the various technical incidents linked to their operation and resolving them according to the priority and timeframe defined by the user. This work allowed me to handle tools dedicated to incident management such as BMC Remedy IT Service Management and to ensure optimal technical support in a highly regulated environment.
