Chapter 4 and 5 presents a simple algorithm for optimal capacitor placement and sizing and also Distributed Generator placement to minimize power losses and improving the voltage profile in unbalanced radial distribution systems. Chapter 6 discusses about optimal placement of voltage Regulator using GA. This book mainly useful for the researchers in the area of power systems & electrical distribution systems.
