33 años de experiencia en gestión de recursos humanos, 15 de ellos como Directora de RRHH en grandes empresas. Imparte clases de gestión de recursos humanos y gestión internacional de recursos humanos desde 2000. Reside en Francia, donde es profesora asociada en el ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion) de París. También es profesora visitante en la Universidad de Bolonia y en la Universidad Católica de Roma, Italia.
