Parametric architecture is a major advance in the field of architectural design. BIM technology, in turn, provides professionals with a parametric design experience. These models store information that enables intelligent design, bold forms and sustainability. In this book, a large-scale project is presented. The design methodology was carried out according to the traditional design stages, but adopting principles from the Chinese theory of Feng Shui to seek harmony through the orientation of the natural elements present in the project. A large green area was preserved in the design concept. Organic forms were implemented, provided by BIM technology, which complement the organicist principles of Feng Shui. The result is a harmonious and sustainable project, which proves that the combination of organic and Feng Shui is a good alternative for large-scale projects that seek to preserve the existing nature of the land and at the same time transform it into an attractive environment provided by different architectural forms that "talk" perfectly with the existing nature.
