Mark studied Bioprocess Technology and obtained his PhD in Innovation Management. Currently, he is Trainee Patent Attorney at EP&C in Rijswijk, The Netherlands. Ben is professor of Business Administration at the Radboud University Nijmegen in The Netherlands. Ben has published extensively on issues of work organization and innovation management.
