Autorenporträt
I'm from the US Virgin Island ST. Thomas, raised by a single mother and grandmother and the youngest of 5 (all boys). Life was hard for our family growing up where meals, clothes and shoes were limited. We never celebrated Christmas or birthdays as those were just normal days in my cycle of struggles. I made the best of my situation though and created loads of good times and fun moments. Up until my mid 30's I've lived my life without direction and purpose lacking overall goals and achievements.Wasn't good at anything nor did I have a diploma or GED to speak on. I have no father figure and not a soul exist to say I looked up to them. Back in my teens, my life had gotten so bad to the point I started thinking I wouldn't live to see 21. As bad as things were, for some reason I never stopped believing in myself, always Persevering, never limiting myself, "I can do better, and I will." Is what I was constantly whispering to myself. To my surprise I made it to age 30. And now I'm 43, now married to a loving and supporting wife, kids and owned multiple properties. In my present time, I would say I landed in a good place now. And as far writing goes, I'm not striving to be the perfect writer, but only a great story teller.
