This is done through a diagnosis of the sector where relevant factors from outside the company are identified, a market study that allowed to know the current and future situation of demand and supply. A technical study is developed where the production process is analyzed for the functioning and operation of the company along with the administrative one in which the strategic planning and organizational structure is established. The legal part that identifies the requirements for the legal constitution and its operation is addressed, taking into account the environmental scope that makes known the environmental aspects and impacts that the project entails. Finally, the financial study that determines the viability of the project was carried out, which shows that it should have an investment of $ 1`000,999 and an IRR of 19%, with which it can be concluded that the project for the creation of the clothing company is viable.
