The Ministry of Education aimed at a high quality provision, but this might be difficult to implement. The project intended to identify the position in public Kindergartens in Jordan with regard to quality by providing grounds about the position of quality early years education. What this case study project provided was some small but relevant evidence of how difficult the task was. The case study project in this book can be used as a standard model tool to measure high quality early years education everywhere, especially in developing countries.
