The following points were concluded from the project: 1.Flexible man power technique plays major role in operator involvement during Changeover period which builds machine ownership culture. 2.Cross functional team working helps in proper data collection, analysis and to find low cost optimum solution. 3.In case of Rush orders, Set up time should be minimum since it is considered one among 7 big losses.
