Blake Crouch estudió en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte y se graduó en 2000 en Inglés y Escritura Creativa. Publicó su primera novela, Desert Places, en 2004. Sus cuentos han aparecido en Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine, Thriller 2, y otras revistas y antologías.
