Taking into account these points, I created a fair assessment which gives reliable results in spite of the discrepancies in culture and test takers' individuality. In my assessments, I provided topics covered in the classroom as students' familiarity or unfamiliarity with topics employed in the test has a great impact on the outcome of the test. Puspawati (2014) states that test takers might come across hardships to comprehend the topic which demands new knowledge or unfamiliar cultural knowledge.
