The study adopted case study as the research design and opted for Taifa Sacco Society Limited as the Sacco had gained sustainable competitive advantage both in the cooperatives and financial services sector. Mr. Andrew Mwiti Mathiu obtained his Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management)in 2013 at the University of Nairobi,Kenya. Since then, he has worked as a Senior Administrative Officer in the Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of Kenya National Government. He has conducted extensive research in the field of Strategic Management.
