The aim is to anticipate and explain, through a very schematic work facilitating the understanding, the richness and constraints of an event taking place in one year's time, day for day, from the most global analysis (the UNSS and the different partners of the event) to the most local one (the interaction between two commissions necessary to the preparation of the event).
