Autorenporträt
Dr. Ian Oliver war 37 Jahre lang Polizeibeamter in vier britischen Streitkräften und ging 1998 im Rang eines Chief Constable in den Ruhestand. Er hat einen Abschluss in Jura von der Universität Nottingham und einen Doktortitel von der Universität Strathclyde in öffentlicher Verwaltung. Seit 1998 ist er als internationaler Berater für das UNODC tätig.
