Communicating with each other has become a very simple thing nowadays with all the different types of technologies which exist, sending a message to a friend, for example has become very easy task, but behind that there is a whole communication system which is responsible for transferring the message. In this report the aim is to create a communication system on LabVIEW, it involves an encrypted text which was encoded with Caesar Cipher, an algorithm which consists of shifting alphabets in a word or a text with respect to a certain magnitude key. The encrypted text was then sent to four different outputs which include from one port to another one by serial port to port communication, then sent by e-mail to a given e-mail address, displayed on a LCD via Arduino and finally sent to a nearby android device by using Bluetooth. Furthermore, this work involves investigating a Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) dialing system which basically consists of design, analysis and implementationof data acquisition, instrument control and waveform systems. The combinations of sinusoidal waves is firstly verified by testing the telephone hardware set using the Cathode Ray Oscilloscope.
