La Dra. Shoira Doniyarova nació en 1967 en la región de Samarcanda. Trabaja en el Instituto Pedagógico Estatal de Jizzakh. En 2000 defendió su tesis doctoral sobre "Originalidad artística y metodológica de los cuentos de Shukur Kholmirzaev".
