The research was conducted at the Department of Foreign Journalism and Literature of the Faculty of Journalism of the Belarusian State University under the supervision of Associate Professor Boris Leonidovich Zalesski. This work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the fundamental actions for a successful information campaign in the conditions of hybrid threats and confirmation of the significance of these activities during the pre-election race. One of the characteristic trends generated by globalization and the information and communication revolution is the increase in the non-military range of challenges and threats to international, regional and national security, some of which have a fundamentally new quality and are united by the general concept of "hybrid threats". This increases the need for various information campaigns, including in the field of politics. Worldview projects are the strategic target of information warfare as the most important component of hybrid warfare in the cultural and worldview sphere. Confrontation with this type of conflict is high on the agenda of forums at both national and international levels.
