The main objective of this paper is to propose a strategic plan with a focus on the balance score card and the value chain, taking as a reference an Agroindustrial Sector Company, which, in a first diagnosis, the results show that it lacks a plan that allows it to define its main lines of action and thus its strategies, therefore, it does not allow it to be directed according to its own short, medium and long term perspectives in correlation with its objectives, which leads it to opt for informal and deficient administrative processes in each of its activities.The research allowed for an integral diagnosis of the company, the product of which was a set of strategies, which suggested the definition of fifteen indicators through the balance score card (BSC) approach and the value chain approach. The defined indicators allowed to measure the performance of transcendent aspects of the company and to fulfill the strategic objectives; the model of strategic planning used for the development of this work, constitutes an ideal tool, given the effectiveness of its results.
