Chapter two is about health sector reforms and change management. The third chapter is titled research study design for strategic planning. Chapter four is rarely found in other strategic planning books, which is epidemiology and biostatistics for strategic planning for health. And the last chapter talks about strategic alliances and partnerships for health. As we live in an extra-ordinary interacting and swiftly changing world, we need to ally and we need to partner so as we will be able to share resources and knowledge with some potential allies and partners.

Dr Abbas Assayed is a medical doctor by profession, obtained Masters Degree in Strategic Planning for Health and currently (2012) he is finishing his second Masters Degree in Public Health majoring in Epidemiology. Dr Abbas is a General Medical and Public Health Practitioner for more than ten years exclusively in African countries.
