Distance Education is a medium of teaching and learning using modern technology so that teachers or students do not have to be in the same place and same time.Quality of education is an issue that is raised constantly in the discussion on distance learning.The success of any open and distance learning course depends on how well it is designed, executed, and evaluated. Designing of a course not only demonstrates its strengths, but also decides student interest in it and reflection about the course. There has been growing emphasis upon student perspectives on the quality of distance education.
