The objective of this work was to know the consequences of the increase in temperature on the vegetative and reproductive development of the peach tree. Initially, the monitoring of vegetative growth showed a significant advance in the phenological cycle of the peach tree, under the influence of high temperatures. Secondly, our experimentation made it possible to demonstrate that the temperature negatively affected reproductive development by greatly increasing the physiological fall of small fruits. Finally, it was found that the high temperature had a decisive influence on the quality development processes and on the advancement of maturity.
