Der Autor ist ein unabhängiger Forscher. Diese Arbeit wird im Auftrag einer Institution durchgeführt. Es wurden Stichproben aus dem Internet und aus Regionen in Indien genommen. Anhand der Beobachtung der Stichproben erstellte der Autor eine binäre Sequenzierung der Institutionen. Diese binären Sequenzen sind zwischen mehreren Institutionen in den verschiedenen Ländern angeordnet.
