This is possible only because of their low production cost and easier availability of the raw materials.A literature survey reveals that the polymers based on s-triazine moiety and their derivatives have been extensively used since last few years.Polymers containing s-triazine ring in the main chain have excellent heat resistance and several are commercially available as high-performance engineering plastic materials. This book contains synthesis, characterization and physico-chemical properties of polycyanurates and homopolyesters containing s-triazine ring in the main chain.
