The monograph considers magnetic quantum effects in semiconductor structures under the influence of external influences. The results of quantum oscillation phenomena at high temperatures and weak magnetic fields in bulk and low-dimensional semiconductors are presented. Magnetic quantum effects are due to the energy states of electrons in magnetic fields, such as Landau levels, impurity states, exciton states, or other electronic states included in various interaction and excitation potentials. Among other things, Landau levels are states that play an important role in magnet spectroscopy, magnet absorption, photomagnetic and quantum processes.
