Dr Pascal Gahutu was born on 1st January 1965 at Nyange (Rwandäs Western Province). He did his Primary Education at Nyamavugo & Nyamasheke before moving to Save High School. After his graduation from the National University of Rwanda, he went on to Nairobi for his Master¿s and PhD Courses. He is the Founder of Rusizi International University.
