There is no doubt, then, that getting to discover who you are is important. It is important so that you can be happy with yourself; so that you can develop your full potential; so that you can appreciate life and those around you in the different circles of your life; it is important so that you can bring happiness to others without fear or complexes. The only problem is that it is notalways easy to reach this discovery. It requires a method, a strategy. It is this strategy that I have called "art". And it is this subject that I address in this book.
